Jason is the Chief Executive Officer of Acrisure Real Estate Services and leads the strategic direction and investment strategy. Prior to Tempo, Jason was the CEO of Constellis, a leading provider of services to the U.S. government with more than 28,000 employees worldwide. Jason was also, founder and managing partner of Forte Capital Advisors and advised on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with an aggregate value approaching $20 billion. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Aaron is Chief Legal Officer of Acrisure Real Estate Services and leads the acquisition team, legal diligence and compliance effort. Prior to Tempo, Aaron was partner and general counsel of Forte Capital Advisors. In this role, Aaron managed and negotiated over $500 million in acquisitions and over $1 billion in financings (term loans and 144A offerings). Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Ben is Chief Operating Officer of Acrisure Real Estate Services and leads the effort to accelerate growth by expanding relationship, implementing technology and leveraging Tempo’s scale. Prior to Tempo, Ben was a founder and chief investment officer of real estate technology company focused on the residential home owner. Ben started his career as a real estate investment banker on Wall Street. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mike is a top 2% real estate broker in the United States, controlling over $180 million in sales volume since he started his company in late 2019. He co-founded Acrisure Real Estate Services and was the driving force behind Acrisure Real Estate Services’ early acquisitions, and organic growth strategy.
